Easy-As-Pie Blackberry Cobbler

Pin It!

Have you tried the blackberries at Costco?
They are so inexpensive & delish!

I bought a bunch & decided to
make a simple cobbler.
{I can make a pie crust, but I chose to go
the lazy easy route.}

I just gently folded about a cup of sugar &
about 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to my blackberries.

Then I rolled out a Pillsbury pie crust
{from the refrigerated section at the grocery store}.
I pressed some raw sugar into the crust dough &
cut the crust into strips with a pizza cutter.

After layering the blackberries & the crust strips,
I baked it about 30 minutes at 450 degrees.

It was yummy!
Especially served with ice cream.
How do you make YOUR cobbler?
